Cross Section plays all forms of Jazz from Bop to Ballads, Swing to Latin and everything in between.

1:30 - 3:00 Voz do Brasil featuring Liza Silva
The richness of Brazilian music speaks of wide diversity and Liza Silva from Sao Paul Brasil is dedicated to performing the traditional styles form Samba, Bossa Nova, Forro, Carnaval. She blends these Latin rhythms together to create a dynamic show.

3:30 - 5:00 Hale Baskin Ñ So young, so good, so "Classic"
This swinging young singer delivers. From trio to big band, jazz lovers have been following the career of San Francisco Bay Area Jazz singer Hale Baskin. Her style is infused with great tunes, hip changes and deep grooves.
11:30 - 1:00 Listen Here Jazz Ensemble
Rooted in a background of Jazz, Latin Jazz, and Rhythm and Blues Listen Here's plays a kaleidoscope of musical expressions that are filled with imagination, passion and appreci- ation for the classic Jazz Standards.

1:30 -3:00 Mal Sharpe's Big Money in Jazz
Dubbed "The Grateful Dead of Dixieland" Big Money in Jazz features leader, trombonist Mal Sharpe and a loose floating collection of San Francisco top traditional jazz artists such as Leon Oakley, Carmen Cansino, Richard Hadlock, Jim Gammon, Si Perkoff and Joe McKinley.

3:30 -5:00 Steel Jam
From Classical to Calypso Steel Jam creates the festive sound of a big band with two steel drums. They will be playing many musical styles so expect some Reggae, Hawaiian Pop and Disco.
